The client shared us the reference images, videos, catalog along with cad files. To develop a sales and marketing collateral like catalog, brochure, flyers and walkthrough animation videos. Ebdaa developers at Kuwait launched a project named WAVE TOWERS has elevation with ground plus 20 floors, includes a clubhouse facility and 4 floors for parking vehicles. 3D Walkthrough Animation Production Stages
A. Concept and Scripting
The concept was to show the animation walkthrough of the EBDAA’s new project called WAVES Tower. We had to create a script suitable for Target Audience considering various parameter and buyer persona. Check the below video script for your reference
B. Modeling & Texture of 3D Walkthrough Animation
We developed 3D Architectural models of Hall, Bedroom, Kitchen, Bathroom, Parking area, GYM, Swimming pool, Helipad, And entire environment with the required properties like a park, entrance gate, and mosque. The floor plan of Waves Tower was used for detailing and drawing the 3D Models and for textures i.e the color and appearance of elevation and surrounding where done taking reference from images and designs shared by the client.
C. Architectural Animation & Rigging
As per the script, the animation walkthrough scenes are produced, Example: A man & women walking from the entrance towards the building. The car entry to parking slots, moving through the living room, Kitchen, Bedroom, etc. 3D Rigging: It’s an animation technique to perform the human motion or activity like lifting, moving, etc. Which you can see in this video
D. Lighting & Composite of Animation Video
The visual reality is achieved in the animated video includes the exterior and interior elevation. We match all the day colors, daylights and photorealism environment to your animated video.
E. 3D Walkthrough Animation Preview Video
We produce preview videos and share with clients for approval. In this stage, the client can visualize the video content and communication. Though this is not the final video or the actual visual, in this video you can find some greyscales and non-detailed visuals. If you want to check the content of your animation video this is the stage you can add or delete to modify the video before going for 3D rendering.
F. 3D Rendering
It’s a machine process to get the creative output as .png or .jpg as a sequence of images at 24 to 36 fps. Rendering usually takes 4 hours to produce 10sec video output. Also depends on the video assets and video quality output. If any corrections, you have to wait until it is re-rendered. To avoid such delays we pre-plan the production and do the iteration at every stage.
G. Video Editing & Final HD Animation Video
Editing is all about adding the rendered images into video format and aligning as per video script. Visual effects like computer graphics, text animation, and the subtitle are added at this stage. Audio effects like voice over, background music and Sound FX detailing are also given at this stage.
