Our client, a leading organization in the mining and rock excavation equipment industry, introduced a new business model—the Configuration Center—to optimize product supply, reduce delivery delays, and improve operational efficiency across global regions including the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific.
They partnered with our 3D industrial animation company to translate this intricate operational concept into a visually engaging and easy-to-understand Industrial Process Animation Video. The animation was designed for internal training sessions and external corporate communication to demonstrate their innovative and efficient approach to supply management.
