3. PRODUCTION STAGES IN 3D SAFETY VIDEO ANIMATION
a. Concept and Scripting for Safety Product Video
Concept was derived keeping four different aspects (as consumer, as manufacturer, as channel partner and as industry influencer). Concept was to show the human injury and material damage followed by solution to it at factory. Please check the Script for Animation video below:
b. Storyboard for Industrial Safety Video Animation
We sometime draw hand sketches, 2D vector illustration or even a presentation deck. For this video we submitted the 3D rendered images for client understanding.
c. 3D Modeling & Texturing for Safety Products
We Developed 3D Factory Environment, Truck 3D Model, Pro-Clainer, Car, 3D Conveyor Machine Model, 3D Human Character and 64 Products 3D Models. Texturing is all about adding the surface colors and substance material to the 3D Model.
d. 3D Animation of Safety Products & Rigging for 3D Human Characters
As per the script the animation scenes are produced, Example: A man walk below the stair and get hit, after SAFETY BUMPER is installed he is visually alerted and moves ahead. Rigging: It’s an animation technique to perform the human motion or activity like lifting, moving etc. which you can see in the animated video.
e. Lighting for Animation Scenes & 3D Video composite

g. 3D Animation Video Rendering
It’s a machine process to get the creativity output as .png or .jpg as a sequence of images at 24 to 36 fps. Rendering usually takes 4 hours to produce 10sec video output. If any correction, you have to wait until it is re- rendered. Also depends on the video assets and video quality output. If any corrections, you have to wait until it is re- rendered. To avoid such delays we pre-plan the production and do the iteration at every stage.
h. 3D Video Editing & Final HD Animation
Editing is all about adding the rendered images into video format and aligning as per video script. A visual effect like computer graphics, text animation, video title, and subtitle is added at this stage. Audio effects like voice over, back ground music and SFX detailing are given at this stage.
