1. Architectural Client Requirement:
Client shared us the layout design and visited our office explain about their video requirement. Client explained they are land promoters and they want to make an animation video for plot sales. Shared few images took from mobile phone of actual location. Also shared us the Google location to check out the map views

3. ARCHITECTURAL ANIMATION PRODUCTION STAGES
A. Concept and scripting of 3d Architectural Animation
Concept was to show entire Greenland plot and villa comparing the actual and futuristic view. The current view is full of fruit bearing trees well maintained to the futuristic visualization of farm house with all amenities.
B. Architectural animation Storyboard
We sometime draw hand sketches, 2D vector illustration or even a presentation deck to explain how the video will look after completion, so client can add up his view and thoughts before we head actual production. Check the below
C. 3D Architectural Visualization Modeling & Texturing
We developed building, swimming pool, trees, car, hoarding, Police booth, green land and other required assets. All the color texture, material texture where added to match the real environment of farm house.
D. 3D Architectural Animation Stage
As per the script the animation scene are produced, Showing the highway ECR, Chennai to Mahabalipuram Route followed by the direction sign to reach 3 STAR FARM HOUSE. Isometric view of entire farm is shown to get a clear view of entire project.
E. Lighting & Composite of 3D Architectural Walk-through Animation
The visual reality is achieved in animated videos, we match all the colors and photo- realism environment to your animated video. We match all the day colors, day lights and photo- realism environment to your animated video.
F. 3D Architectural Animation Preview Video
We produce preview videos and share with clients for approval. In this stage client can visualize the video content and communication. Though this is not the final video or the actual visual, in this video you can find some grey scales and non detailed visuals. If you want to check the content of your animation video this is the stage you can add or delete to modify the video before going for 3D rendering.
G. Architectural Animation Rendering
It’s a machine process to get the creativity output as .png or .jpg as a sequence of images at 24 to 36 fps. Rendering usually takes 4 hours to produce 10sec video output. If any correction, you have to wait until it is re- rendered. Also depends on the video assets and video quality output. If any corrections, you have to wait until it is re- rendered. To avoid such delays we pre-plan the production and do the iteration at every stage.
H. 3D Architectural Walk through Video Editing & Final HD
Editing is all about adding the rendered images into video format and aligning as per video script. Visual effects like computer graphics, text animation and subtitle is added at this stage.
